From menu cover: "The delicacies which you will find on this menu have been acquired over the years from many of the Pacific islands and the Orient. The original recipes have been translated with great care by specially trained chefs in the Kon-Tiki kitchen of the Sheraton - Mt. Royal Hotel. These rare and ineffable dishes are in a category unto themselves; in each instance local custom has added so many embellishments that they are original dishes. The rum drinks contained in the Beverage Menu are also based on exotic recipes from the South Pacific, and refined to a high degree by our mixologists to heighten the pleasure of your dining".
