Records consist of meeting minutes and notes, blueprints, building plans, and correspondence. The meeting minutes are from Gordon MacLeod Pitts’ time on the Building Committee, the Gymnasium Fund Committee, and the Real Estate Investment Committee. These committees generated blueprints and building plans, correspondence about the proposed ice rink, stadium, and gymnasium for McGill, as well as documents relating to the gymnasium design competition. The series further includes correspondence from Pitts’ time on McGill’s Executive committee discussing land use, invitations to events, courses, parking, and McGill buildings.
