"Architectural Drawings, n.d., 1906, 56 drawings." The inventory documents four projects designed during Findlay and McGregor's brief partnership and includes a house on Sherbrooke Street for W. A. Molson, the Mortimer B. Davis house on Pine Avenue (now McGill University's Purvis Hall), all in Montreal, and a house for A. L. Sumner in Saskatchewan.

The collection consists of 92 black and white photographs, mounted on black paper, depicting the construction of the dry dock in Lauzon, Quebec, from 1917 to 1923. It also includes a diary written by Ford Cushing Smith in 1922, which details activities related to the dry dock at Lauzon, and an accompanying typewritten letter from I. D. Macorquodale, Eng., explaining the donation in detail.

The fonds contains photographs, drawings, textual records, and other material used by France Gagnon Pratte as the basis for her 1987 book, "Country Houses for Montrealers, 1892 - 1924: The Architecture of E. and W.S. Maxwell". There are also records related to a book project on the architecture associated with the Canadian Pacific Railway Line.

A paper written by Pishker for a sociology course discusses "The Lubavitcher Hassidim of Montreal: with special emphasis on the institution of education".

Scrimger's papers mainly concern his war service. His brief diary of the Ypres campaign, 1915, is supplemented by signals and military messages on troop movements and medical matters; Scrimger sometimes used the signal forms for additional diary entries. There are also a handful of letters and cables of congratulation on his V.C., certificates of service, newsclippings, and printed souvenirs. The remainder of these papers consist of obituary notices and tributes. Some are pasted into Scrimger's notebook of Professor Bier's clinic, Berlin, 1910.
