From the Office of Administration, the Director of the Sanitary Division of the Army, South-west Front.

(Written in Cyrillic script, but by someone who was more used to Latin script, possibly Dr. Henryk Zamenhof).
The document states that Ginda Rosenblatt, head of the ambulatorium (clinic) and admissions, proved to have good knowledge of clinical medicine and therapeutics. The writer thanks her for her intelligent attitude and sensitivity in the work, and for her understanding of the problems of the ill soldiers. “Thus, comrade Rosenblatt presented herself in the finest aspects. [back of page] I recommend her as a doctor and as a comrade.” Signed by the Senior Physician of the 266th Regiment, Zamenhof. “D” Army.

Signed by the Physician-in-Chief of the No. 7 Hospital in Kiev, at Dorogozhitska St., No. 79.
This attests to Ginda Rosenblatt’s service at that hospital as a felsher.

The fonds contains papers relating to Dr. Rosenblatt's time in the army, including assignments, certificates of appointment, billets for lodging, railway tickets, an attestation of medical ability, and other documents. Also included are the boards (front and back covers) from Dr. Rosenblatt's daybook, which have, on the inside cover, a list of ailments and the drugs used to treat them.

States that the bearer of this certificate is a woman physician of the army reserve, Rosenblatt (Kalujna), Ginda.
