First entry is from meeting dated saturday 14th July 1804 and final entry is for meeting Wednesday 31st December 1806. Each entry contains notes on discussions and actions taken, and records decisions as to future financial decisions. The three executors include Joseph Frobisher, Isaac Todd, and James Reid. Others whose signatures feature in the minutes are Simon McGillivray, William McGillivray, and Duncan McGillivray.
