Records include the Graduates’ Society’s radio and event programs, organizational and financial documents, photographs, meeting minutes, correspondence and newspaper clippings. The radio and event programs broadly consist of speeches, a list of speakers, correspondence inviting participants to join or speak. There are documents pertaining to the Society’s finances, events, speeches, membership reports, the history of the Graduates’ society, and information concerning World War II. Also included are meeting minutes and newspaper clippings about the activities of the Graduates’ society or achievements of McGill faculty members. A high volume of documents pertains to the reunions of the McGill Science class of 1908, including photographs of McGill campus and the class, dinners, organizational correspondence, and requests for donations.
