Mullin, J. HeurnerLetter to Harvey Cushing from J. Mullin. Mullin congratulates Cushing on his book, "Life of Sir William Osler." He relates an incident brought to mind by reading p. 179 of volume II. While Mullin's was out one day, Osler paid a visit and noticed pamphlets issued by pharmaceutical companies, which Osler later referred to in an address. Mullin mentions an address delivered by Osler before the Hamilton Medical Society in 1906.
